Privacy Policy

This notice describes how personal data is processed for users visiting savice.it and using available services, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

3. Data processed

a) Data provided by the user: information or quotation requests (name, surname, email, phone, company where provided, message content, and any data needed to manage the request); applications and CVs (identification and contact data, information included in the CV and attachments, and any additional information sent voluntarily). b) Browsing data: during navigation, technical data may be processed (for example IP address, logs, device identifiers, browser, visited pages, date and time) for functionality, security and, where enabled, measurement and marketing purposes.

4. Purposes and legal bases

1) Managing information and quotation requests: replying to requests, contacting users back, organizing site inspections where needed, preparing quotations, and handling negotiations. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures. 2) Contract performance and related obligations: management of contractual relationships, support, administration, accounting, and legal obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation. 3) Managing applications and recruitment: evaluating applications, contacting candidates, and managing selection processes. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures. Please avoid including non-relevant data in your CV (especially health data, beliefs, or trade union membership). If provided voluntarily, such data will be processed only where necessary for recruitment and in compliance with applicable law. 4) Website security and protection: abuse prevention, technical management, IT security, and protection of the Controller rights. Legal basis: legitimate interest. 5) Analytics, marketing, and profiling (if enabled): website performance measurement, traffic analysis, marketing activities, remarketing, and profiling. Legal basis: consent, which can be managed and withdrawn at any time via the preferences panel.

5. Data provision

Providing data marked as required in forms is necessary to handle requests or applications. Without such data, it will not be possible to proceed.

6. Data recipients

Data may be processed by: authorized personnel of the Controller; suppliers providing technical and organizational services (hosting, website maintenance, email services, contact management tools, analytics and marketing tools, IT consultants), appointed as data processors where required; public bodies or authorities where required by law. You can request information about processors by writing to info@savice.it.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

If some suppliers process data outside the European Economic Area, transfers will take place in compliance with GDPR through appropriate safeguards (for example standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions, where applicable).

8. Retention periods

Information/quotation requests: up to 12 months after request closure, unless negotiations are ongoing or rights protection requires longer retention. Contractual and administrative data: for the periods required by applicable law. CVs and applications: up to 24 months from receipt, unless selection needs or candidate requests require otherwise. Data related to analytics, marketing, and profiling: for the periods indicated in the preferences panel and, in any case, until consent withdrawal, within the technical limits of the tools used.

9. Data subject rights

You may exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) and withdraw consent at any time. For requests: info@savice.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority.
